Maine DBE Supportive Services

The Maine DBE Program provides support to local women and minority-owned businesses. Our Counselors provide individualized assistance that prepares businesses to sell their goods or services to Maine DOT. By doing this, we create a level playing field and remove barriers to help businesses statewide.

Maine DBE Supportive Services is an EMDC program funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration and administered by the Maine DOT. Benefits of the program include:

  • Individualized assistance
  • Computer aided drafting & design
  • Fast-tracked 2-year business development plan
  • Assistance with creating marketing and business plans
